After a few successful fittings of Infinite Sockets I turned to fitting a long term wearer of a transfemoral prosthesis. This patient is a K3 patient however he is really hard on his equipment. LIM has been great on replacing many of the components that have worn out or failed. He loves his socket. I will answer any questions regarding billing through email firstname.lastname@example.org
The Infinite Socket gets Medicare Approval.
The good news is that Medicare considers the Infinite Socket billable under the current L-Code System. The bad news is that this determination now makes the Infinite Socket difficult to provide because of the disconnect between cost and reimbursment.
